Openness and participation

Measures of Digital Government will be clarity of decisions made by authorities and a possibility for citizens of working together on taking public decisions; citizens will be able to take part in activities of the public administration already at the stage of creating regulations (no matter if they are local or nationwide), both in a passive form (that is, observing changes that are being prepared/creating new regulations) and in an active form (that is, commenting actions of and enquiring the legislative authorities); additionally, within the concept of Digital Government a vision set out in the Open Government Partnership will be realized.
